"I fall asleep in the full and certain hope That my slumber shall not be broken; And that though I be all-forgetting, Yet shall I not be all-forgotten, But continue that life in the thoughts and deeds Of those I loved."

Ho my god...
All my deepest sympathy to Bette Davis (you will be missed), the owners and Jon.
I hope you all will be okay, and I think of the good you have giving her for some time, I'm sure she enjoyed every second with you all.
I would have liked to meet her, she seemed to be a really brave and sweet dog wich I'm sure you noticed.
My thoughts will be with her and you. I hope you the best.
Poor sweet baby Bette! I'm so so sorry to learn that she has passed away. What a sweet darling. :o(
So good to know that she was rescued and had lots of love in her last days. Many blessings to Bette, to her caregivers, and to you, Jon.
I'm so sorry Jon and Bette's new mom and dad. You all gave her love and happiness in her last few months. She was beautiful and I'm sure she appreciated all you did for her.
Oh jeez, I'm so sorry to hear about Bette Davis. To Jon & Bette's parents: Take comfort during this sad time; by your love and compassion, you changed a life for the better. Blessed be.
That is one pup who had a wonderful end of life, no matter how short. You and her adopter gave her a joyous and love-filled end, and that is an incredible gift.
Hi all, I would just like to thank all of you for the wonderful comments about Bette. If everyone could have a little bit of time with a pet like her there would be no dogs in pounds or rescues. She was one in a million. I looked forward to coming home from work and seing her with her waggin tail and crooked little walk. But I know that there is someone that needed her more than Andrea and I. So she left us and moved on. There will always be a space where she was and nothing will ever fill it. Please carry on your good work of looking after these animals that are abandoned for no good reason.Again, thanls for all of the kind words, William
